- TERMS OF SERVICES

Clients are empowered to terminate services with a 30-day notice.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for cancellations made without adherence to this notice period. Clients are urged to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations in alignment with the agreed-upon terms.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are to engage actively with us by attending scheduled monthly report meetings, providing timely feedback on content and communications, and approving all deliverables promptly. Our collaborative success hinges on your proactive involvement and constructive input.
- PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation terms are as discussed above are quite simple we do you want to continue to work with our clients but due to various factors sometimes people do want to cancel so because of that, client is responsible to provide 30 days notice before the cancellation and if they fail to do so they may be a subject to a full monthly retainment penalty which will not act as a penalty itself but client can make a choice once they charge that amount if they want us to continue working on our website or not but regardless they are subject to that amount if they fail to give us a 30 day notice

- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sometimes things don’t work out the way we all hope. We can’t be held responsible for things that are out of our control, like big changes in social media rules or search engine updates that might affect your rankings.
We’re Not Perfect. We work hard to do a great job, but we can’t promise that everything will be perfect all the time. We’re not responsible for small mistakes or omissions that don’t really change the overall quality of our services.
5. Limits on Money Owed:
If something goes wrong and it’s our fault, the most we would owe you would be what you paid us for the services that didn’t work out.
We do want to provide good quality service so every month you we we make sure that indicators of your growth like conversion rate impressions clicks and keyword positions are changing and improving if however all four indicators do not improve for that specific month we will issue a partial refund for that month unless it’s due to ongoing or upcoming google update or algorithm changes on social media
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the rare event of disputes, Lead Capital endeavors to resolve issues promptly and professionally through direct communication channels. Should disputes remain unresolved, legal recourse is available through civil court proceedings in the state of New York.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
All the written content and video that was made for the client all the backlinks all the images that were generated or modified belong to the client
- TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENTS
Termination of this agreement requires a 30-day written notice via email. Termination becomes effective 30 days after receipt of the notice.
